• n they leave the area of the dock surrounding the ship they are deemed to have disembarked and come within the State Emergency Declaration at which point they are required to quarantine for 14 days.

• If they have not been at sea for 14 days since their last port of departure they are not allowed to disembark the ship without entering into quarantine for 14 days.
